I wouldn't suggest waist-training unless you have knowledge about it, or if you're going to be supervised by someone who does. You can do serious damage to your
body if you try to push things too far too fast. It takes years of painful training to begin to inch in, bit by bit. It's not a quick-fix at all, and it doesn't change the overall look of your
body.
Fat will not dissapear.
Though corsets *are* pretty :P If you're still really interested, trying looking up waist-training, but don't have high hopes at changing your
body immediately with corsets...
