Just wanted to say a quick hello. I've been big for as long as I can remember, but I'm getting older and it's time to do something about it. I started in February, 2007 at 331lbs and I'm now down to 311lbs. My ultimate
goal is 150, but if I could just get down under 200, I'd be in Heaven!! I could write lots more, but it's late and I'm getting sleepy! Looking forward to getting to know the site and all of you!
