hello there!
i religiously weigh myself at the start of the week, when I’ve got up, after I’ve been to the toilet, before breakfast and totally naked. I do that every Monday so that I'm hopefully not holding anymore water than last week, and the weight of my clothes are not involved, so that i get the truest measure of
weight loss possible for that week.
i always wonder what other people do concerning there weight days so this is a helpful thread.
