After resting friday and saturday I worked out again today. I did 2.79 miles at resistance lvl. 9 in 30 minutes. I weighed myself this morning and i'm down to 221 lbs. so i'm feeling extra motivated now that the scale is showing some results. I'm feeling great about myself and those 38 waist shorts I just bought are already falling off me without a belt. If I can keep going at the pace i'm at right now i'll reach my
goal in another 5-6 weeks.
