I still belong to the 150s club, but I like to read in this club too. Welcome Blancita and Juliette!! If I want to succeed and get to the 140s, I MUST stop eating at "maintenance" level. It means staying at 1400
calories...religiously...for a couple weeks straight. I'm having too many cheat nights.
