Today I didn't feel like working out so it took a little extra effort to get it done but I did it and felt great afterwards. I did 2.73 miles at resistance lvl. 9 in 30 minutes.
Even though I haven't reached my
goal yet I feel so much better about myself. I am actually getting my self confidence back and it feels really good. My anxiety has become noticeably better. I have been able to go out with friends with little to no discomfort.
