My motivation for getting back in shape after my first daughter was a date circled on the calendar. June 15th. That was the day my husband got back from his deployment. each month I had a number written on the 15th telling me how many more months I had. Watching that number go down each month sure pushed me to get down to the
gym. and since the calendar was on our fridge, it kept me from sneaking that extra bit of icecream. So I guess I just used a countdown. Set a specific date and stick to it. This time around my date is October 1st. so the first of the month is going to be my countdown day. it worked for me last time at least.
