I am new to this site but not new to
dieting. I am not exactly a new mom, my baby is 22 mo. old and I am still struggling with the weight I put on while pregnant.
Seeing how much I gained with my first pregnancy (60 lbs or so and started overweight also) I promised myself that I will not go into another pregnancy overweight. It is not good for me and it is not good for the baby. And I really want to have another baby. I gave myself ample time ( probably another year) to get to my
goal weight. Then all I have to do from there is eat sensibly trough my pregnancy that i totally ignored with the first one.!!!
