I was a lot like you at your age and it's great to want to be healthier. Just don't overdo it. I have hypoglycemia, as well, and when I start to get really dizzy I know it's because I haven't eaten enough and I'll grab a glass of orange juice. Your
body may be burning more
calories than you're taking in, so it's going into
starvation mode and storing as much as it can, rather than letting excess go. Good luck to you!
