Well I have mostly been just doing
cardio, but I am changing my workouts now.I need to add in some
weights and crunches that sorta thing, Ive mostly been working my legs, and my giggly arms are in need of some attention. I am thinking about joining a
weight loss buddy site...It cost like 40 bucks a year but it has alot of cool features and I really think I would like to have a one on one buddy...someone to really talk to. Maybe someone with the same weight
goal ect. I guess If I do that I wont be comming here much anymore, I need to restrict my online time because sitting here on my butt isnt great.Plus I get to feeling like Im talking to myself...I do love this place but I need a friend, all my friends are skinny and self absorbed and I just want to find a like mind if there is such a thing...Anyway...Thank you guys for all you support and info Its been great.I wish you all the best of luck, we can do it!
