BTW, my brother was on anxiety pills too...it's amazing how exercise is a much better anxiety prescription isn't it?

Have a great day.
Right after I got home from work today I ordered a pair of Nike+ shoes, the Nike+ ipod kit, and a 8gb ipod nano. Then I get on the WLF to see you want some virtual competition. Well my friend it's on like donkey kong. It's destiny hehe. I've got to the point on the elliptical where I can't really improve resistance wise anymore. The weight loss setting that I do goes from lvl 1 to lvl 10. I totally dominate lvl. 10 now so I need a new challenge. So why not start running? My only worries about running is that because i'm so loose jointed I twist, roll, sprain, tear, hell it wouldn't surprise me if my body parts just started falling off. I also have always had problems with getting shin splints. I'm going to go for it though. Once I get all the Nike+ stuff in the mail i'll get it all setup online so everyone can see my running stats and progress. You're already doing 5k's so i'm going to be a little behind but let me know what kind of little friendly virtual competitions you want to start up.

As for the anxiety medicine. I really did need to be on it, running alone wasn't enough for me while I was having trouble dealing with everything happening in my life over "those 3 years" which is what i'll always refer to that part of my life as, but life has been good to me recently and exercise is the only medicine I need now.

I do agree with you though that exercise and a healthy lifestyle is such a better way to deal with anxiety.

Someday when I have time to really sit down and just write i'll go into detail about what happend over those 3 years and why it was all just to much for me to handle.

Anyways as for what I did today. I worked and then just did absolutely nothing. My body really did need to rest and tomorrow i'll be ready to unleash an awsome workout.
