Today has been a great day and let me tell you why. First off today I lowered my dose of anxiety medicine down to 1 pill. 2 weeks ago I was on 3 and just going down to 2 pills I dropped 4 lbs. in less than a week. So now I will be on 1 pill a day for the next 2 weeks and then 0 after that.
Today was weight day/picture day/measurement day and i'm quite happy with the progress I have made. I weighed in at 215lbs so I didn't lose any weight since friday but thats not really a big deal. I took the measurements of my chest, waist, bicep, calfs, and thighs back on 5/24 but I forgot to post them on here. I took measurements again on 6/15 and then again today and here are the results
5/24
Chest: 43 inches
Waist: 40 inches
Bicep: 14 Inches
Calves: 16 5/8 inches
Thigh: 23 inches
6/15
Chest: 42 1/8 inches
Waist: 38 1/2 inches
Bicep: 14 1/8 inches
Calves: 16 1/8 inches
Thigh: 23 inches
6/18
Chest: 41 1/2 inches
Waist: 37 1/2 inches
Bicep: 14 5/8 inches
Calves: 16 5/8 inches
Thigh: 23 1/8 inches
So since 5/24 this is how my measurements have changed
Chest: -1 1/2 inches
Waist: -2 1/2 inches
Bicep: +5/8 inches
Calves: 0
Thigh: +1/8 inches

hehe forgot to say what I did today. I did 4.64 miles at resistance lvl. 10 in 50 minutes.
