Wasa crispbread (any flavor) with chicken salad (if you make it with
fat free miracle whip, mustard, celery and dill pickle) is only about 3 grams of
fat and less than 200
calories. I LOVE this snack/lunch. I've been eating it almost every day.
You can find Wasa crispbread (really they are extra large crackers) in the health food section of the grocery store.
