I want to lose about 60-100 lbs or at least get to a 30 inch waist, I plan to lose weight by weight training 3 times a week and cardio 5 days a week.
I am trying to see if anyone out there has lost a significant weight and if so did you have a problem with lose skin. Can loose skin be preventable with weight loss?
Any help is greatly appreciated thanks so much, |
i have seen it go both ways.. it seems that if you just focus on losing weight, but don't focus on exercise, that's when you end up getting flabby...
that's what i notice with me... years ago i lost weight w/exercise and i had absolutely no flab on me. this round, i was losing weight w/no exercise and boy is that a mistake... my arms jiggle jiggle jiggle... but i am different... i want to say it's middle age, but i have a friend in her 40's who has the best arms i have ever seen, and she has absolutely no flab on her
body. she has been doing
hot yoga....
