I hope everyone did good today. Thanksgiving not an easy day to eat right. I was not perfect today. I am very satifised with how I faired. It was so nice here, we took are tables outside & ate outside, it was great. The best thing I did today was get up at 5:30 AM & take my walk. I have also reached
goal # 2 which was 255 Lbs. That was the weight I was when I got down sized from where I was working for 22 Yrs. Next
