Wink Day 2

Hey Lukewarm and Blancita glad you stopped by and hope you will pop in again!!

unless that sub had 3500 calories in it, you did not gain fat but rather, you experienced a *normal* upward fluctuation.
It was a homemade sub and I kept track of everything so I know it had 600 calories in it. I don't know much about counting calories from guess--so I try and buy food that has it on the labels, so I can keep track better.

When you hit a *new low* on your scale, you know you've lost fat AS LONG AS you're eating well the next days
I'm aiming for the 299 on the scale, it's been 18 years since I was below 300--so that's a big one for me, the lowest I've got to so far was 305 a couple weeks ago.

How many calories per day do you try to eat for your weight loss plan going forward?
I'm trying to stay at 1500 but I'm getting closer to 2000. I would like to find out how many I should have for my weight --do you know how I could find out?

FOOD--DAY 2
BREAKFAST
Slim fast--190
Banana---100
LUNCH
2 FISH FILLET--320
2 LIGHT BREAD--90
TARTER SAUCE-120
SUPPER
CHICKEN & CHEESE WITH RICE--320
SLICE SWEET POTOTOE PIE-----400
SNACKS
MINI BAG MICROWAVE POPCORN--75
2 FUDGE BARS------------------300

TOTAL FOR THE DAY--1915
WOW--That really looks like a lot a food when it's wrote down!!
I know I should'nt eat things like the sweet pototoe pie and the fudge bars (700 calories), but I've got this crazy sweet tooth---I need my sugar fix!!! Dose anybody have any suggests on how I can control it a little better.
Hope y'all have a good night and I'll see you tomorrow
