This forum and these journals are great... I feel accountable to everyone here and I don't want to let anyone down. Its a great motivator and the support here is amazing.
For those sweet tooths you can get ice pops or fudge pops that are no sugar added. There's a lot fewer
calories,
fat and sugar in them. Some of them are really good to. There's also things like sugar free pudding, jell-0 ect.
You'll be able to find a balance for yourself when it comes to
calories. I know a lot of people here use sites like fitday.com to keep track of their
calories.
