I too am running on a `no plan'
diet, and it's working well.
Cravings? You can eat anything in moderation. I love chocolate, and allow myself a couple of squares of superfine dark chocolate during the week. On saturdays, I buy myself a small sampler of superfine chocolates from a shop down the road, and really take the time to savour them.
The thing I find with cravings is that the longer I go without falling to them, the less they become. I used to struggle to avoid buying sugary things in the supermarket, now I look at them and think `I don't want that'. Try and visualise how much exercise it would take to rid yourself of the
calories in the things you crave.
