Hi Sunny, Thanks so much for stopping by!!! Did I get you right, if you drink more water you will lose weight? Is this above the 8 glasses a day?

I try to stay bewteen 1500 and 2000. I don't really know what else to do, the only thing I've done so far to lose weight is just cut back on my eating. That worked when I started out at 398 but everything is slowing down now and I know I need to change things around--but I don't know what to do. Any advice???? ANYBODY???
