I personally feel (not being an expert or anything) that 2000
calories sounds about right. Considering that this is what you've been doing, and its been working, then I say its the way to go. You dont want to go too low in
calories when you're first starting off as your
body will start to adjust to that low calorie intake and then you'll hit a plateau.
Why not ask maleficant (she's a regular on here I think I spelled her name right), I think she started around your weight range and has done a really great job of losing. Maybe she can give her opinion on your suggested daily calorie intake.
I do think you need to work on getting more exercise in. I think that will be very important to this whole
weight loss plan.
I'm extremely pleased to see getting on a good plan and sticking with it for the long haul. So I am really truly routing for you

. Can't wait to check in regularly and see your progress. If you screw up, feel free to let us know as we ALL (especially me) screw up but it helps to put it in the diary. Gives you perspective and is a reminder for the next time things start to go south.
