I still can't believe I forgot about this website

oh well. I'm blonde. I hurt my wrist around the 4th of July and haven't really been able to work out too much since then. It throbs everytime I run and it's kind of difficult to lift or anything with the damn brace on. grrrr. so that's a bummer. I have been doing 8 minute
abs tho mega-consistently. food has been so-so. I had to work a
sports camp last week and that forced me to eat regular meals and regular times...something i'm not used to. I did manage to get running in each night..but also drank some and had pizza with some pro football players one night!

needless to say I KNOW i gained. but i think i'm back to normal now..i'm kinda scared to weigh myself..i'll give it another week. I'm in the process of buying my parents house right now, while they buy my grandma's estate. AHH! and that's semi stressful...i still haven't figured out if i eat more or less when i'm stressed. I guess it depends on the type of
stress. hmm, that's it for now.
