Hi Everybody,
I did'nt get to write in my diary yesterday, so I'm getting back on track. The last couple of days have really be busy, we worked out in the yard--mowed, weedeat,cleaned the garage out (wow--that was a job!!) We can get the car in it again LOL

I even got some tomotoes, greenbeans and squash out of the garden.
FREASH VEGGIES FOR SUPPER!! I did'nt write down what I ate to last couple of days--but it's been about the same. I think it's good to take a break once in awhile (maybe one or two days a month) If you allow yourself a couple days that you can eat anything you want--it's keeps me on track better when I know I'm only eating 1500-2000
calories a day. Dose anybody else thing so?
MY WEIGHT YESTERDAY WAS--306
MY WEIGHT TODAY IS --------305 I made it back down to my lowest yet!!
I'll try and check back in later tonight, and I'll get back to my food diary tomorrow. But now I'm off to water the garden before it gets dark. Talk to y'all later--thanks for stopping by!!!
