As you properly all know my main form of exercise is walking at the moment 1-1:2 hours a day
[but I m going to be joining a gym in a month or so and also take up running] it might sound a bit daft of me after not losing to much but I am getting quite a few looks of guys too lol I must of started carrying myself better 0r something

NOW............I also came on my periods this morning severe cramps and pains in my lower back [
that explains the crazy breakout of spots on my chin and irrational mood swings ] but nope I did not lie in bed moping like my
