haha... Actually the baby of 4 girls is very much aware of my progress. We send camera phone pictures back and forth. haha The 2nd is aware of me trying to take care of myself, but is not allowed to see photos of myself. (The baby sister's just being a brat and giving her a hard time by not allowing her to view my pix. haha!) My main reason for doing so is hoping it will somehow influence my father and mother to take care of themselves also. (overweight, diabetes, kidney diseases, hypertension, etc etc etc) Maybe I'm just wish for thinking, but I'm going to try whatever I can do to help them.
Well, Sara.. just wanted to drop in hoping you had a wonderful weekend and things are going well for you and your program.  I'll keep popping in to read your journal.
