Hi Everyone I'm Mel, I'm new here but I L O V E It! Will someone be my buddy!!! I need some motivation and help along the way to weight freedom Im 19 and I come from a BEAUTIFUL place called NZ I've got 22kgs until my mini goal, im not sure how many pounds that is, about 50 I think! Anyone out there in the same boat as me? I'm 5'7 or 5'8 and have a mediumish body shape, trying to lose the weight through diet and exercise but I'm not the most clued up! Hope to hear from someone, anyone soon |
