| hello Mel, if you need a buddy yuo can count on me.. I am also 19(almost 20) and i need to lose a good 30 pounds through diet and some exercise.. i honestly dont have that much time to exercise but im cutting back little by little on the "bad" foods!... i use to always eat at night ...real late night but i started my dieting on Monday and i havent ate since than night time (pat for me!) But anyways.. i think us sending e-mails to eachother ..or through this thread about what we each are doing to diet and etc.... We both can get through this!! Hope to hear from you soon!! -Veronica- |
