diet and some exercise.. i honestly dont have that much time to exercise but im cutting back little by little on the "bad" foods!... i use to always eat at night ...real late night but i started my
dieting on Monday and i havent ate since than night time (pat for me!) But anyways.. i think us sending e-mails to eachother ..or through this thread about what we each are doing to
