Maybe by Friday I can join that 130's club, but not today.
Anybody have any advise for the fluctuating scales. I have been all over the place this week. 140 on last friday, 146 this morning. I don't get it. I am drinking the water, not eating too many
calories. well, actually, I have no clue how many
calories I am eating a day. I am eating a Lean Cuisine for lunch (200-400
calories depending) and then dinner. Dinner is usually pasta with chicken. I need side dish ideas that don't involve so many carbs.
Any help would be great!
