Sugar adds weight and can keep you from losing weight - even just a little bit.
It's easy to eliminate refined cane sugar from your diet if you know about healthy replacements.
I've developed some wonderful recipes using brown rice syrup as a replacement to cane sugar.
Eating sugar makes your crave more sugar and it leeches valuable nutrients from your body that you would otherwise be using to assist in the functioning of your organs - which would help you with weight loss.
