Yes, I used this one on
Free Calorie Counter, Weight Loss Calculator & Weight Loss Tutorial
and got BMR 2,657 RMR 2,357 (calories) for my current weight. I did not factor in the walking I've been doing though.
I've reset my goals of daily intake now to 30% less of 2,657 which is about 1,800 . At least that is what I've read somewhere on this forum was a good reduction % . Now I got to keep a closer eye on the sodium too ?

Oh man , I'm just screwed all the way around huh *L* You are probably correct because I don't find myself going to the bathroom as often as I was but I have upped my water intake alot. All I'm drinking is water , no sodas at all and I never drank coffee or tea. I'm open to any suggestions on foods , keep in mind I'm divorced so I'm a batchelor again so I'm not a big cook *L*
