abs! I'm so happy I found that thing online a while back...sometimes I do it just cuz I need a mood booster..okay gang! The days when it's hard to do because of the repetitiveness of doing it every day or nearly so, I just turn music or something on to listen to and then have the volume on the
abs video up just enough so i can hear when to switch movements. It makes it go by really fast!
