I've really been feeling down for the last few days, for some reason I just can't get down past 305 and I don't know why. I'm eating around 2000
calories a day and some of you all have sugguest that I start exerciseing, but there's just not much excercise I can do. I have tryed walking but my feet and legs feel like there on fire--I don't know if this is because of diabetes or not. I don't feel that I'm being lazy--I really do want to lose some more weight but I just don't know what to do or what wrong with me. Could it be the meds I'm taking? Or am I just past the point of losing any more weight--I'm 45 and I know I can't lose it as fast as I could 20 years ago,but I should still be able to do something. I would like to get down to 200
pounds that dose'nt seam to far of a reach to me.
