Honestly mgb... I would rather work out hard 7 days a week and just not stop...
However, I think I am doing to much to actually benefit my
body at the moment. It is not actually keeping up with healing as much as it should be. I am never sore when it's time to lift the same muscle again...but sore and rebuilding don't always go together, as we know.
Off to cook for the masses
