Well I'm not feeling so bad today, not as bad as yesterday anyway. I did'nt get to my RS tape today but I will try it.
I'm still kinda new here--I'd like to find some other people that has a lot of weight to lose that mite have some of the same struggles and medical problems as me. My question is--how to I find them or do a search to find them? I've run across posts and other diary's that I'd like to read again and I don't know how to find them again.
Would also like to know how to post pictures--I mite get up enough nerve to post some of my before pictures later on---That's a BIG step!!!
