Yes unfortunately I have the same problem and I was 22 years old when I lost the weight. I lost 100lbs by the end of last year [over the course of around 10 months], with plenty of
cardio and strength
exercises, and a healthy
diet with plenty of
calories [2000-2500].
My skin is loose and sags in places, noticeable particularly on my thighs when I am sat down, my upper arms hang and are a bit jelly like, and my stomach is stretchy and moves around a lot, and hangs down.
I don't intend to get the surgery as I have no reason to. My girlfriend has no problem with it, and although I don't like it much, I see it as being better than all the
fat that was there before. I did used to intend on getting the surgery, but now I don't want to go through surgery I don't actually need, but thats just me. I just wish I was never
fat in the first place, but I'm very happy now.
