When I was on weightwatchers a few years ago, my ex boyfriend's favorite pasttime (he was a boyfriend at the time) was reading through my book and finding the highest point coint item he could find. Turns out, at the time, it was nachos from Baja Fresh, at about 2x the DAILY points value for me. Unfortunately, or fortunately, there weren't any Baja Fresh restaurants here for him to go to indulge himself (he's not a fat guy). He ended up driving back from California with me when I was out there for an internship (all the way to Ohio) and found a Baja Fresh and insisted we go. He ate the nachos. I almost died. They looked good, but knowing what was in them made them very un-appealing. Knowledge I think can be very helpful in staying away from bad foods. If you know what's in it, it's hard to say "Oh... it's Saturday, today doesn't count" or something similar. This thread just reminded me of that story

Sorry for the side-track.
