I feel you on the eating bit not because you're hungry but because you just felt the need to. I used to do it all the time. When I have the urge now I just drink some water and it seems to "fill" me up mentally.
Sometimes it takes us to get to a certain point to realize that we need to change our lives. And it's great that you've realized that now rather than later. If you really want to change your life and are committed to doing it, you
will succeed. Just keep in mind that Rome wasn't built in a day and you didn't put the weight on in one either. It'll take some time but you'll get there!!

Seize the day, there is nothing else beyond that
