I bought the book at Target, not on an infomercial, recommended to me by my Mom. I read it and even though what he says may work, I cannot realistically do what he says. I am not going to go the the doctor to get hCG and give my self a shot every day, nor am I going to buy only organic foods or eat 2 grapefruits every day!! I can handle apples, not grapefruit! I can't actually say if the
diet works or not, I'm sure it does, but there's so much to it, that I'm not going to even try it!
