Yay to being down a half
pound this morning! I'm so happy for you.
I'm a heavy sleeper also. lol. We have a nuclear power plant about 5 miles down the road from me and every once in awhile they test the emergency sirens. Those sirens are seriously loud and I apparently don't budge when I'm sleeping and they go off.
Needless to say, if something serious ever happened there... I'd prooooobably be screwed.
I'm definitely not good with the whole 'knowing what's in things' deal. :/ Sheryl(MsGhettoBooty) seems to know a bunch of stuff like that though. Might want to ask her. :]
