I didn't get to the
pilates. I spent a lot of time online this morning trying to schedule a trip.
However, I did get on the
treadmill for 30 min. (speed intervals) and did
weights for 10 min. plus a stretch and cool down.
I am on track eating wise and need to figure out what's for sup! I have lots of fresh maters from the garden and chicken sounds good too.
I'm actually feeling good about challenging myself to eat right and exercise again. Makes me feel like I have a purpose!
