| Dear Diary,
My day was A-OK today. No, it was a good day. Here's what went right:
- I found this inspiring forum and quickly got myself situated
- I ate right the entire day - having 2 eggs for breakfast, handful of nuts for snacks, mixed vegs for lunch, and a salad for dinner
- I ran for 15 mins and brisk walked for 45
- I drank 8 glasses of water
- Nothing not even boredom triggered my urge to eat and eat and eat.... What went wrong:
I had dinner a little later than I prefer - I was done eating by 7pm whereas I like to be done by 5:30 - 6pm at the latest...oh well...
All-in-all, it was still a good day.
