| I'm impressed. at 14, I ate whatever was given to me. Luckily, it happened to be good food, but I doubt I'd have taken the initiative if it hadn't been. so yay you!
also, I can't say this enough: take it easy. If you deprive yourself of ALL your loved sweets, one day you might just snap and stuff your face. It's better to just have a little 'cheat day' now and then in moderation instead. I guess this strategy really depends on the person, though.
