Yeah 2 16 oz water is not nearly enough. I usually try to drink 80 oz, and reach 100 oz on the days of heavy exercise.
I have a
treadmill also and I am loving it. How fast do you go on the
treadmill?
I found the first 3 weeks of starting to be the hardest. I had to mentally prepare myself every day for not eating junk food and put my exercise in. After that it got so much easier.
Your starting weight is pretty much the starting weight I had when I seriously started concentrating on my
weight loss in May. And our
goal weights are similar too.!!
