To tell you the truth I am not sure exactly how it is coming off so fast because I am not really exercising like I should.

Try like, not at all in the last week.........except for walking my daughter to school but that was only twice for 30 minutes each time at an easy pace.
I just try to eat between 1200-1600
calories a day. That and drink lots and lots of water. Between 60-80oz everyday. Which right now I am sorely short of. I have only had 2 cups of coffee so far. But after only getting a combined 12 hours of sleep for the whole weekend I needed 'em.
