Our weight fluctuates from day to day. Don't
stress over it. I weigh myself everyday and I was told it would make me crazy. Well, it did for the most part at the beginning of my journey

, I could just not accept 4 lb gain overnight, then 3 lb loss overnight... Until I learned to accept my fluctuations and I don't put too much into the everyday measurements only the once a week ones.
For instance I know that my weight is always higher Sun- Mond. then any other day of the week. Why? Have no idea!!!
Your 1 lb gain is probably just salt or your
body's normal fluctuation.
Pick a day in the week when you weigh in and only record that. It will be easier on your motivation!!
Keep up the exercise and choose healthy foods and you will get there!!
