Just so you know - I thought you were looking FINE at church last Sunday - (fine said slyly and drawn out.) I could tell you'd already lost some weight.
I think I might try out my ab roller this morning - just to add to the pain I have from
Yoga - yeah
Yoga! Power
Yoga is like working every single muscle in your
body. I'm sore down my sides and around my shoulder area. Now I've got to throw in some
pilates to add to the soreness for the tummy area.
I'll have to let you borrow a power
yoga video I have - you'll see it's not for the faint of heart.
Oh yeah and the pants-o-meter is a good measurement to go by! When I was super serious two years ago, I also took before and after pics. They are still on my puter - ew I hope nobody finds them! LOL I'm going to go password them up.
