BonBons you are one sneeky sweet their was some toffee bonbons down stairs which you get from the tuck shop i just took 5 thinking they would account to about 350 kcal .. and guess what 850 thats me never touching another bonbon ever,even again and i have a lesson for you all .. always check the kcals before actually eating anything thats me trying to fit in as many situps as possible tonight get me back home too my mountains theirs no were to excersise here!
Breakfast - fruit salad (10 grapes, 1 apple, 1/2 clementine/7strawberries) [/SIZE & a "one" yoghurt
Lunch - tinned tomatoes on toast (white bread, no butter)
tea - salad (a few prawns, 3 crabsticks , 1 tomato, 2 spring onion, a bit of cucumber)
Snack - one 52g bar of Milky Way + 5 toffee bonbons don’t get me started on those shit bags!!!!! And the milky ways wont be happening again
