Just been for my 4 week weigh in, a bit early (3 1/2 weeks) because the weekend weigher is going away!
Lost 4.7kg in the last 3 1/2 weeks. A bit disappointed, but apparently the small detour of pineapple and cheese would have set me back a week.
The 'weigher' reckons I can shift 7kg in the next 4 weeks to hit my upper
goal of 65kg...personally I'm a little sceptical but I will stick to it 100% ( hummm, not sure if the house warming party will be such a good ideas though!)
So today I have achieved a healthy
BMI of 25 which is a great! What for the next
goal? I will aim for 69kg...it is under the 70 mark...on reflection lets make it 68kg so you Yankie girls can understand 150 lbs!!! hehehe, and also I havent weighed that since I don't know when. I was definitely more than that at 16 years old. So there we have it 68kg / 150 lbs to beat! Down 3.8kg / 8.4 lbs...best start being more controlled.
Would love to take up horse back riding for the exercise but have no one to go with still!!!
