LOL Moon! I know, what was I thinking not stocking my cupboards full of chocolate, and I so need it this week (I'm sure!) But on the other hand I did have some special K bars drizzled with a tiny minute bit of chocolate - that does satisfy you when you haven't had any in awhile.

I got on the scale and was down a lb from yesterday - so that's good. I'm at 168.5 - my mini
goal is to be 165. I know I can do it!!!!
This morning I did another episode of power
yoga. Whew! I'm telling you all that stuff is to die for - literally - sometimes I think I'm going to die doing it! LOL
I've only drank 1 glass (16 oz) of water so far, but my mouth is watering for more.
Plus I just ate some salty queso dip that dh brought home from Don Pablo's and I know I'm going to have to flush it right out of my system or tomorrow, I won't be so happy when I weigh-in.
So far today I've had:
Turkey sandwich on ww bread (lite), with smart balance mayo, turkey bacon, 1/2 of a fresh tomato, and lettuce.
Tortilla chips and queso dip (hubbies leftovers from his dinner out.)
