Vicky'sNewBody is on a distinguished road
Red face Hi Jellybellyjean

That's a great tip. I have already started by printing off some of the before and after pictures, and posting them around the house. It helps also to remind myself that I want to be around for my nieces and nephews.

You have the right mind-set regarding weightloss. I had to tell myself the same thing. It is almost that time of the month and coupled with a few days of binge eating on KFC made me gain pounds on the scale. So, I decided to tell myself the truth for once. This is water weight and my real weight is whatever I lose minus the few pounds gain due to water. That way, I won't let my emotions run away with me. Doctor scales are the worst..LOL!!! It makes the home scale very friendly..

Yes, this is a great site for motivation to continue on the weightloss journey. I am trying to read more and feed my momentum instead of my mouth..LOL!!!

Thanks for the tips on the ticker I went to the thread yesterday it was very helpful. I will have a lot of fun there in the future once I really see a weight drop.
