Hi everyone!!

Here is my day SO FAR:

Woke up at 6:45

7:15 Breakfast- 1 bagel (270 cal) with cream cheese (180 cal all together) and a glass of milk(130)

1:45 Lunch- Ham and Cheese sandwich on wheat bread (293 cal all together), a small salad consisting of lettuce, 1 slice cucumber, and zesty italian dressing. (100 ish calories altogether.) and a bottle of water.

That means i am up to 973 calories for the day. Breakfast could have been healthier. Tomorrow I will have yogurt instead.

I'm not sure what is for dinner. Or i would be looking up the calories for that. I want to save room for a snack later on of blueberry yogurt. (only 175 calories)

I'm really only supposed to have 1500 calories. But I think I am going to aim for 1600-1700 calories for my high's. I think i will have trouble fitting everything into the 1500.

I haven't exercised yet today either. BAD ME. But I had work from 8:00 am to 11:30 am (I left early), and when i came home I had a really bad stomach ache... so I decided to lay down until 1:30, and then I went to eat lunch. So not really much time for it.

I DO plan on going on a short 15 minute mile walk. Probably after dinner. And then I will use the weight bench, and a few crunches. I will update tonight to CONFIRM i did all of these.

Since I want to lose 70 lbs, I have decided to cut it up into 10lb increments. I get overwhelmed seeing my icon moving so slowly, but thats just because I am looking at such a wide amount of numbers.

Have a great afternoon!
